Queens Blacklight Appearance- Like all Queens, Blacklights always hold themselves with diginity and pride. Their bodies like all modern day dragons in Rebirth Weyr are streamlined and thin. Their wings have shrunk to be much smaller than they should be, but that makes sense since they lived for so many turns underground. Unlike their Gold ancestors, Blacklights are pure black. So much so that it would be difficult to see them in the dark, except for that they have bioluminescent lights. Blacklights in particular have mixtures of cyan, blue, green and purple. Personality- Prideful, Motherly, Devious, Flirtatious, Sly, Intelligent, Can be stand-offish. Blacklights are the best of both Golds and Greens. Like any Queen, these dark dragons are prideful and have an air of regal beauty about them. However, they can also be very aloof and stand-offish. Despite these qualities though they are excellent mothers and are fierce when defending their eggs. Because of their Green mothers originally, Blacklights tend to be quite the flirts as well. Some even stray to the vain side of this trait. All of these new Queens though are highly intelligent and often are a bit devious. They find a strange amusement in setting things into motion and often are great strategists. Impression- Prefer Females, occasionally males. Clutching- Generally once or twice a turn with about 4-14 eggs. Size- 24-32 feet

Kings Pheonix Appearance- Similar to their Bronze ancestors, Pheonix dragons have a base of bronze or at times brass. However they also have various reds, oranges and yellows in their hides. Like the Kings of the past, Pheonix dragons also are very prideful and show it. They are not as large as Blacklight Queens, but they can get to be almost as large. Their wings are also almost as long which helps during the gliding runs that Blacklights have when the rise. Personality- Cavalier, Chivalrous, Prideful, Regal, Stubborn, Determined. These are the traits most often found in Pheonix dragons. However, like all creatures there are exceptions. Most though conform to a few of these traits. First and foremost a Pheonix is a chivalrous individual. Like knights, they stand for justice and a set of ways in which they live. They have a strong sense of what's right and what's wrong usually, however some don't always use it. Prideful, they too can become vain and arogant. However, they do hold some sort of regal air like the bronze dragons that came before them. They also are often stubborn and/or determined in whatever they decide to do. Impression- Prefers Males, occasionally females. Chasing- Any female. Size- 21-29 feet

Sub-Kings Terra Appearance- Terra dragons are almost exactly like Brown dragons. However, they have a mottled appearance usually and will always have at least three hues. There will never be a Terra with just one shade of Brown, Tan, or Maroon. Unlike the King and Queen dragons these fighters don't have metallic hides either. Terras also tend to be somewhat bulkier than other dragons. Personality- Easy-going, Laid-back, Diligent Workers, Stubborn at times. Like browns from old Pern, Terra dragons are often reffered to as the "work-horses" of the Weyr. They have stamina that others smaller do not, however they also are hard workers. Generally at least, there are always those Terras that are lazy too. Terra dragons do tend to be laid-back though. However, even that trait can vary in each individual. One thing that does seem to be found often though is that they are stubborn. Even if it's stubborness directed toward doing nothing, once their mind is set little can change it. Impression- Prefers Males, sometimes females. *more often than Pheonix* Chasing- Emeralds, sometimes Blacklights if they are smaller. Size- 18-26 feet

Fighters Cyan Appearance- Similar to Blues, Cyan dragons are mixes of any blue imaginable. However these can also range into the greenish blue and gray spectrum as well. Yes, this does mean that you can have a grayish cyan or one that is almost entirely greenish in hue. However it still does have to include some sort of blue. Like with all other modern era dragons at Rebirth, Cyans have lights on their hides in shapes of markings that glow in the dark. Cyans can range from bulky to streamlined in shape. Personality- Gentle, Empathetic, Wanting to Please, Caring, Positive. Cyan dragons, like blues, tend to be gentle creatures. They often are some of the most emotionally stable of the colors. However they sometimes are found to be the exact opposite. Idealy though they want to please their rider and others, working hard to prove themselves. Most are positive creatures as well, looking on the brighter side of things when others won't. This doesn't mean they are sunshine and rainbows, but the average blue does show these tendencies. Impression- Females and Males equally. Chasing- Emeralds only. Size- 15-23 feet Emerald Appearance- Emerald dragons are much like their Green counterparts. They are the smallest of their kind, and they are the fastest. Not only their bodies, but also their wings are smaller. So, most of their mating runs are exactly that, runs. They rarely glide during a flight except at the end which is usually down off of a cliff of sorts or hill. In terms of their hides, Emeralds have every shade of green imaginable. They can range from the darkest forest to the palest moss hue. They also have "glow-lights" as the Weyrfolk call them. Personality- Flirtacious, Narrow-minded, Vain, Caring, Gentle, Mean-spirited. As one can guess by just these few traits, Emeralds like Greens are incredibly varied in personality. In one clutch you can find the sweetest and most gentle Emerald, as well as the most mean-spirited. They can be flirtacious and easily destractable, or shy and narrow-minded. One thing is generally true about Emeralds though, they have the energy to do many things. However, they only have the will power generally to do a couple at a time. They often are flighty individuals, and thus are not always taken seriously. Impression- Females and Males equally. Clutching- Emeralds can clutch unlike their Green ancestors. However it is at the most 4 eggs, and many are often duds. Emeralds also don't rise as often as Greens used to. Instead of four times a turn, it is only two. Size- 12-20 feet
